Over the last weekend of March, Jeremy performed a concert for the Wilmington Classical Guitar Society in Wilmington, Delaware and he also worked with several fine guitarists during a masterclass also held by the society. Many thanks to Matthew Lavanish and the members and supporters of the Wilmington Classical Guitar Society for making the event a great success. This Saturday, May 3rd at William Tennent High School in Warminster PA, Jeremy will be performing the Concierto de Aranjuez with the Warminster Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Joseph Lovecchio. To learn more about the program, follow the link below.
Jeremy Lyons will be playing the Concierto de Aranjuez with the Warminster Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Joseph Lovecchio. The concert is on Saturday, May 3rd and will be held at William Tennent High School Auditorium in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Tickets will be $22 for adults and $8 for students. Today and tomorrow only, (April 10th and 11th) the Peabody Renaissance Ensemble will perform a program of Spanish medeival and Renaissance music in Griswold Hall at the Peabody Conservatory. Jeremy regularly performs Baroque guitar with the ensemble and the ensemble features music played on period instruments such as viola da gamba, recorder, vielle, oud, and various percussion instruments. The beautiful Renaissance polyphony is also well represented by the ensemble’s vocalists. For more information and tickets, contact the Peabody concert office at the link below.

On Saturday, March 22nd, Jeremy will perform with the Peabody Consort in a recital that is part of the Kent Chamber Music series 25th season. Jeremy will be playing Baroque Guitar and Bandora as the Peabody Consort performs Spanish and English Renaissance music. The concert will take place at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland and begins at 7pm.
